Any VillageHouseVacs.com product may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. Returns up to 20 days of receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items cannot be returned, but rather can be exchanged up to 30 days from date received.
Customer will be responsible for all return postage. All returned/exchanged items must be in its original saleable condition (original carton with all packing materials, warranty cards and instruction manuals). All returns/exchanges must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN); please contact VillageHouseVacs.com for RAN prior to returning/exchanging items(s).
Note: If shipment shows signs of damage, do not accept package. Once merchandise is acceptable, only the manufacturer’s warranty is applicable.
